The MCC Veteran’s Club hosted a fundraiser dinner on Tuesday, Nov. 12, guests paid $15 for a ticket and the dinner began at 7:00 p.m. In attendance were state representatives Tim Ackert and Geoff Luxenberg, who presented citations to the Vets Club, the General Federation of Woman’s Club of CT, and Vets Club’s Dana O’Neal. Others in attendance were MCC president Gena Glickman, Dean of Student Affairs Duncan Haris, and Director of Student Activites TJ Barber. The dinner was catered by the MCC culinary department, and the main course was buffet style. This dinner was the first organized by the Vets Club to commemorate Veteran’s Day.
